Beautiful Fruit Blossoms

Last week Tievishoeve asked me to photograph their fruit trees, which had just begun to blossom. I was struck by the beauty of those small trees. It was the first time I saw them in full bloom. And with the sun just setting…. it was magical.

I took the chance to try out two “new” lenses I never really used until now and I have to say that I am quite satisfied with the results. For the geeky people around, it was the Canon 100mm 2.8 Macro lens I borrow from my boyfriend and the Canon 135mm 2.0 that I got as a present (I know, crazy, right? It´s actually my first L lens and I am not used to the zoom yet, but practice makes perfect?). Maybe I can make myself use those lenses some more, and not only my beloved 50mm all the time.
